Student Creative Development and Choreography
Supporting emerging artists through meaningful educational opportunities is at the heart of DNA's mission. We are proud to provide students with hands-on experience in choreography, stage production, leadership, and the creative process, equipping them with the skills and confidence to become the next generation of artists and arts leaders. Student Assistant Director Program
This year, we are excited to introduce a brand new leadership opportunity for high school students: Student Assistant Director for Storytellers!
The Assistant Director(s) will work closely with Brianna throughout the rehearsal process, gaining valuable behind-the-scenes experience in directing, leadership, and production. This role is designed for students who are responsible, positive leaders and are interested in learning more about what it takes to help bring a production to life.Â
Assistant Directors may:

Help communicate important information to the cast

Assist with giving rehearsal notes and feedback to performers

Help lead or supervise select rehearsals
-
Support scene rehearsals assigned to them

Assist with organization and other production needs as they arise

Student Creative Development and Choreography
With Everlight we are excited to offer students a rare opportunity to take part in the creation of an original theatrical production from its earliest stages. Working alongside professionals, participants will gain firsthand experience in the creative development process. From story and concept development to choreography, staging, production design, and everything in between. By contributing to a brand-new work as it comes to life, students will gain a behind-the-scenes understanding of what it takes to create something truly original and magical.

Flex Force Elite Company Showcase
Our Elite Company Showcase is a student  planned production featuring the Flex Force Elite Company Dancers. Designed to give high school dancers real-world experience in every aspect of producing a live performance. In addition to performing in the show, students become the creative team behind the production, taking ownership of planning, choreographing, and producing the showcase from start to finish.
